Snapmaker J1s High Speed IDEX 3D Printer

Experience the power of industrial-grade Snapmaker J1s Independent Dual Nozzle Technology (IDEX), which works wonders with an amazingly wide range of materials. Industrial-grade transmission accuracy, effortlessly calibrated to realise your creations! Compared to single-jet printers that print on multiple materials, IDEX dual-jet printers take less time to change the filaments and reducing unnecessary waste.

Fast and Forward
The maximum speed is 350 mm/s and the maximum acceleration is 10,000 mm/s.

Advanced control for faster printing
.Vibration Compensation
J1 brings an ultra-fast printing speed of 350mm/s while ensuring high resolution printing. Vibration compensation technology is optimised to reduce vibrations caused by high speed movements, minimising amplitude for better print quality. With a maximum acceleration of 10,000 mm/s², fine detail rich miniatures can be produced efficiently.

Separate and removable supports
The Snapmaker J1 optimises the entire design with stable supports, a clean interface, effortless removal and minimal post-processing required to maintain high precision. The printed model will be just as you imagine, no more and no less!

Dual Material Printing
In printing, the strength of nylon and the flexibility of TPU can be combined to create a more functional object by making full use of the properties of both materials. It is also possible to combine models of multiple objects and print them together. As there is no assembly, the objects are more interconnected and less susceptible to damage.

Copy and Mirror Mode
IDEX is the only extrusion system with two independent dual printhead printers moving independently on the X-axis, allowing two print samples to be run simultaneously.

Backup Mode
In backup mode, a single printhead is used to print while the other is on standby. If the printhead fails, the standby printhead will print seamlessly and you'll still get a perfect finish! No precious time is wasted!

Strong Print Cooling System
The J1s has a powerful print cooling system that includes print cooling fans not only under the nozzles but also on the rear panel. With a narrow fan duct that blows air over a wide area, the rear print cooling fan can further cool your prints during high-speed printing and lower the ambient temperature when printing materials such as PLA.

One-piece Die Casting
The J1s body consists of a single-piece die-cast upper and lower frame and four aluminium alloy beams. Making the body from just a few highly integrated parts - an approach long adopted by the automotive industry - facilitates precision assembly.

Overall features:

• Breakaway supports and dissolvable supports for effortless removal
• Up to 10,000 mm/s² acceleration and up to 350 mm/s printing speed
• Copy Mode and Mirror Mode that double productivity
• 300°C hot ends & 100°C heated bed
• Print volume 300 × 200 × 200 mm³
• Easy-swap hot ends with multi-diameters
• Double-sided PEI Glass Plate
• 5-inch Intuitive Touchscreen
• Built-in nozzle wipers

The main differences between J1 and J1s are as follows:

1.
The J1s is equipped with the additional Print Cooling Fan. You won't need to remove the top panel to print PLA.
2. In the package of J1s, Snapmaker replaced the white PLA with Breakaway Support for PLA so that you can try support printing right away.
3. Snapmaker also pre-installed the doors and side panels for you, making it even easier to start right off.
4. If you plan to buy a J1 model and have the need for extra print cooling, you can choose either a J1 plus an Upgrade Kit or a J1s.
