【3D列印應用】真槍實彈可擊發,3D列印十字弓!
大人的玩具來啦!

十字弓實測上陣,超迷你十字弓不但可以裝配箭矢還能發射,真實功能全具備,還可打標靶!文章下方附載點,快揪朋友來比賽!這款十字弓是利用
PLA
本體的回彈力帶動彈性弦進行射擊,立刻來看看它的表現:
首先,我們將檔案放到
Ultimaker 3D列印機
當中,所有零件經過6小時後列印完成,由於十字弓有許多卡榫配件,建議選擇最高精度進行

,組裝時會更容易。
我們利用
Ultimaker 3
的雙噴頭系統列印了不同顏色的組合,也有選用單色
PLA
的樣式,各位可以參考我們的圖片選擇自己比較喜歡的搭配。所有零件完成後,注意圖片中的編號,跟著我們一一按照步驟組裝十字弓吧!
首先,把(2)放到(1)中、(4)套進(3);再卡入剛剛1的本體,讓(4)成為可以移動的滑塊,是用來上膛的原件。接著,元件(1)有許多組合用的小孔,內部可以插入剪斷的迴紋針或保麗龍膠固定。
再來將(5)和(6)分別裝在主體的左右兩側,後方卡入(7)固定裝置,整個雛形就出來了,後方的板機就是發射控制器沒錯!
內部結構完成後就是比較簡單的外裝,將(8)號安裝在上方、(9)是本體前方及弓箭兩端的固定裝置、(10)如圖中的位置分別插入左右兩側的卡榫就完成本體囉!
萬事俱備只差彈力線,我們建議使用有點厚度、線體呈圓形的「彈力線」,左右兩側的弓末端有小洞,穿過其中一邊的洞口後繞圈打結,再穿過中央滑塊後方繞到另一邊打結就完成啦!
完成後的十字弓只是擺著就非常酷,同仁們玩的不亦樂乎,可以列印多種顏色的標靶進行比賽,是另類的桌上型遊戲。發射前時候記得要把滑塊推到前面,才不會擋住彈力線喔!現在就開啟你的

請注意:箭矢部分我們選用牙籤製作,提醒各位迷你十字弓的實際射擊力道不小、射程也遠,如果家中有小朋友,建議可以使用棉花棒代替,才不會造成危險。
