II. Installation and Use
Choose a flat location that can support the weight of the Ultimaker S5 Pro Bundle 3D printer (approximately 50 kg), and have at least two people lift and install it.
．Installing the Ultimaker S5 3D Printer
1. First, open the Ultimaker S5 packaging and remove all accessories from inside the 3D printer.
2. Remove the clamps from the device and insert the Bowden tube.
3. Secure the Bowden tube with the clamps.
4. Insert the 3D print cable into the Bowden tube.
5. Open the glass door and the plate clamps.
6. Place the glass plate into the build platform and close the glass door.
．Installing the Air Manager
Please turn off your Ultimaker S5 3D printer before proceeding with the installation.
1. Align the mounting bracket with the back of the Ultimaker S5.
2. Install the feeder tubes and print head cables into the slots (feeder tubes in front).
3. Gently press the bracket until it clicks securely into place.
4. Align the bottom of the filter housing with the slots in the mounting bracket and push it into place.
5. Push the filter into the filter housing.
6. Place the cover over the filter housing from the front of the 3D printer.
7. Align the latches with the mounting bracket and click them into place.
8. Connect the Air Manager power cable to the port on the back.
9. Combine the clamp fixed to the mounting bracket with the Air Manager power cable.
10. Slide the clamp upwards to secure the cable.
11. Place the Air Manager cable to the right of the spool holder and insert it into the UMB OUT port on the back of the Ultimaker S5.
12. Use a cable clip to connect the Air Manager cable to the Ultimaker S5's NFC cable.
．First-time installation steps:
1. Start the Ultimaker S5 3D Printer.
2. Use the Ultimaker S5 touchscreen to select the installation of a new device: Air Manager
(The Ultimaker S5 touchscreen interface will guide you through all the steps.)
* The Air Manager will only start when you power on the Ultimaker S5 3D Printer.
．Installing the Material Station
The Material Station is recommended to be stored at a temperature of 15-32°C (59 – 90°C). When in use, please place the device in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and ensure there is at least 10 cm of space behind the Material Station for proper air circulation.

1. Place the Ultimaker S5 on top of the Material Station. At least two people should lift the Ultimaker S5 3D printer during installation.
2. Insert the feeder tube clamps into each feeder of the Ultimaker S5.
3. Insert the left Bowden tube into the corresponding left feeder, and the right Bowden tube into the corresponding right feeder.
4. Secure the Bowden tubes with the clips.
5. Place the spool holder cover into the Ultimaker S5 connection port.
6. Connect the Material Station cable to the UMB IN port on the back of the device (at the same time, connect the Air Manager cable to the UMB IN port on the back of the Material Station).
7. Insert the connection cable into the UMB OUT port on the back of the Ultimaker S5.
8. Connect the Material Station and the Ultimaker S5 with a power cable.
9. Connect the power cable to the Material Station and the other end to a power outlet.
The Material Station can effectively control humidity. When loading filament, please avoid leaving the glass door open for extended periods. Before starting 3D printing, please ensure the glass door is completely closed.

．Ultimaker S5 Pro Bundle 3D Printer - Device Connection Ports
1. UMB OUT port connecting the "Air Manager" and "Material Station".
2. One end of the connection cable connects to the UMB IN port of the "Material Station", and the other end connects to the UMB OUT port of the "Ultimaker S5 3D Printer".
3. Connect the power extension cable to the "Ultimaker S5 3D Printer" and "Material Station".
4. Connect the power cable to the "Material Station" and the other end to a power outlet.
