3. Nozzle kit
4. Z-axis series parts (module, motor accessories, limit switch parts, left and right rods)
5. X-axis series motor accessories
6. XE-axis assembly
7. Full set of equipment rods
8. T-screw rod
9. Accessory tool kit (metal spatula, screws, wire cutters, power cord, wrench, nozzle, consumables, etc.)

(All specialized part names are detailed in the instruction manual)
Step One: Install the Z-axis limit switch
.Required parts:
1. Base assembly
2. Z-axis rod (left/right)
3. Z-axis limit switch assembly
4. Hex socket cap head screw with spring washer M5X45 *4 pieces

Use 4 hex socket cap head screws with spring washer M5X45 to securely fasten the Z-axis rod to the Creality Ender-3 V2 base.

Install the Z-axis limit switch, aligning it with the rod.

Step Two: Install the Z-axis T-screw rod
.Required parts:
1. T-screw rod
2. Z-axis motor parts
3. Hex socket flat head screw M4X18 *2 pieces

Assemble the T-screw rod to the Z-axis motor parts, then use a tool to tighten the screws.

Step Three: Install XE-axis parts and timing belt
.Required parts:
1. XE-axis assembly
2. X-axis rod
3. Screw connector
4. Hex socket flat round head screw with spring washer M4X16 *2 pieces
5. Timing belt
6. Wrench

Step Four: Install the nozzle and Z-axis combination module
.Required parts:
1. Nozzle kit
2. Z-axis passive combination module
3. Hex socket flat round head screw with spring washer M4X16 *1 piece

Press the timing belt tightly against the X-axis rod, then insert the V-wheels of the nozzle kit into the rod, push it to the middle of the rod, then use 1 M4X16 round head screw to fasten the Z-axis passive block to the X-axis rod.
Step Five: Install the X-axis tensioner
.Required parts:
1. X-axis tensioner
2. Hex socket flat round head screw with spring washer M4X16 *1 piece
3. Hex socket flat head screw (black) M4X14 *1 piece

Disassemble all accessories of the X-axis tensioner, then insert the timing belt into the tensioner block.

Assemble the X-axis tensioner to the Z-axis passive combination module and tighten it with screws.

Step Six: Install the Z-axis moving assembly (adjusting X and Y axis tension)
.Required parts:
1. Assembly installed in Step Two (click here to see)
2. Assembly installed in Step Five (click here to see)

Insert the "Z-axis moving assembly" into both ends of the "Z-axis rod" along the "V-wheels." Move the Z-axis rod up and down smoothly; it should not slide down on its own! Adjust the timing belt to the appropriate tension, allowing for an up-and-down swing of approximately 0-3mm.

Step Seven: Install the gantry rod and display screen
.Required parts:
1. Upper gantry rod
2. Display screen assembly
3. Hex socket cap head screw with spring washer M5X25 *4 pieces

Push up to separate the display screen base, then use a hex wrench to install the base on the left side of the machine, finally tighten it, and then clip the screen back into the base.

(Connect the electrical wire at the bottom of the display screen.)
Step Eight: Install the 3D printing filament holder
.Required parts:
1. 3D printing filament rack
2. Filament rack cylinder, rack nut
3. Outer cover (black) *2 pieces
4. Hex socket flat round head screw M5X8 *2 pieces
5. M5 T-nut
6. Indicator knob (blue)

Use flat round head screws M5X8 and M5 T-nuts to install the 3D printing filament rack onto the rod.

Install the 3D printing filament rack cylinder onto the rack, cover it with the outer cover, and then tighten with the nut.

Step Nine: Install equipment wiring (power cord / blue cable clip / internal wiring)

Following the yellow labels on the 6-pin (four-wire) ports, connect the X, E, and Z axis wires into the motor parts.

Following the yellow labels on the 3-pin (two-wire) ports, connect the X and Z axis limit switches.

Before plugging in the power cord, please confirm the input voltage and select the correct voltage (115/230V; incorrect voltage settings may cause damage). Finally, power on the device.
