[Unboxing Tutorial] Make Your Own 3D Printer Filament in 2 Minutes, It's That Simple in Three Steps!
The 3devo Composer 450 3D Printer Filament Extruder: From preparing materials and tools, screen operation instructions, to the filament feeding and installation steps, this unboxing video provides a complete three-step tutorial:
1. Prepare Materials and Tools
3devo Composer 450 accessories: spooler, funnel, nozzle parts, and filament material. Install the feeding funnel into the feeding port, then pour material pellets into the feeding port through the funnel. Assemble and install the 3D printer filament spooler.
2. Screen Operation
Use the digital screen and rotary knob to customize settings, including the heating zone temperature (set according to the type of filament and material melting point) and the 3D printer filament diameter (choose 1.75mm/2.85mm). During heating, the screen will display the heating temperature in real-time, and filament production will begin once heating is complete.
3. Filament Feeding Steps
Open the front cover of the machine to start making filament. Use pliers to grip the solidified filament after extrusion. Press the switch on the fixed shaft, insert the filament into the shaft, and secure it between the shafts (Note: The filament is hot at this point, so please be careful during operation). Finally, use needle-nose pliers to cut the filament, then feed the 3D printer filament through the feed hole and into the fixed hole of the filament spooler. The installation is complete, and filament production can begin.
