【New Product Launch】The brand-new, 10x faster Lisa X is here!

Polish 3D printer manufacturer Sinterit has launched the new SLS system Lisa X. While retaining the Lisa's iconic compact body, it is 10 times faster than the previous fastest Lisa PRO!

The Lisa X can sinter PA12 at speeds of up to 14 mm/h and can process a full print platform in just 30 hours. This "industrial-grade" printing speed, combined with an upgraded volume, will definitely help designers improve speed, flexibility, and efficiency!
The Lisa X's faster print speed and larger output perfectly meet the most common market demands.

Sinterit's Industrial Trajectory
Headquartered in Krakow, Poland, Sinterit specializes in developing precise, easy-to-use SLS 3D printers. Over the past seven years, the company has gradually built an extensive portfolio of machines, as well as related software and equipment, starting with the entry-level Lisa in 2016, followed by the Lisa PRO in 2018, and then the industrial NILS 480.
Sinterit has also built a range of peripherals to help users make better use of their machines. These include Studio design software, end-to-end hardware products, and a lineup of nine powerful, patented powders, which will be compatible with the Lisa X upon launch.

Lisa X: High-Speed Prototyping Machine
The Sinterit Lisa X boasts a print speed of 10-14 mm/h, which is said to be sufficient for most prints to be completed within 24 hours. With its fastest system to date, designers can print more unique elements each week, accelerating the evaluation of prototype results and the implementation of changes. This allows users to refine designs, reduce modeling costs, and speed up product time-to-market.
The Lisa X also features a unique "Airblade" that automatically cleans the glass around the system's laser during production. Users don't need to manually operate it, which speeds up print preparation and increases throughput.

Lisa X productivity

Sinterit conducted a case study to reveal part productivity estimates.
In terms of machine volume, the Lisa X is smaller than the NILS 480 but larger than the Lisa PRO, making it capable of surpassing the previous generation Lisa in production capacity. To demonstrate the part yield potential, Sinterit used each system to 3D print electronic connectors in a study.

After evaluation, it was found that the original Lisa produced 56 sets in 103 hours, the Lisa PRO produced 112 sets in 205 hours, and the Lisa X produced 270 sets in 28 hours. The conclusion is that the Lisa X can test more models per print, significantly improving powder and energy efficiency.
Despite the performance advantages of its upcoming machine, Sinterit is also committed to perfecting its open platform to build precise, support-free prints. It firmly believes that there is no competition or conflict between the models, and each is positioned for a different target market. For example, the first model, Lisa, is the smallest and most affordable SLS 3D printer; the Lisa PRO is compatible with a wide range of available materials; and the Lisa X offers accelerated print times and a larger build volume.
