【Test Video】Wisely Fiber Laser Marking Machine, full rotary axis engraving tutorial!
Cylindrical metal engraving, exquisite patterns with rotary engraving! The "Wisely Fiber Laser Marking Machine" has newly arrived at 3D Mart. Watch the unboxing and test video, perfectly complemented by the rotary axis, now:
1. Startup Steps
The Wisely MOPA Fiber Laser Marking Machine has three switches. Turn them on in order:
1. System emergency button
2. Power: Turn the key to the right
3. Red light button

Next, on the side of the marking machine, there are three "lens specification" switches. Activate the switch corresponding to the lens specification being used. For this test, the lens specification used is 150 x 150mm. Then, unscrew the lens protective cap.
1. Lens specification one: 200 x 200
2. Lens specification two: 150 x 150
3. Lens specification three: 100 x 100

2. Focus Calibration
Use the included focusing ruler to vertically measure the distance of the baseline above the object. Rotate the top shaft until the ruler reaches the specified position. The finger icon above indicates the "focus distance baseline." Position the ruler vertically over the engraving object, measure upwards to the baseline, and adjust to the specified distance to complete focusing.

3. Software Operation
Import the object file to be laser marked, and edit/modify its position and set data as needed.
1. Fill Path Tool
2. Modify > Transform: Rotate and adjust the object's position as needed
3. Laser > SplitMark2: Set the object size for rotary axis engraving
4. Click "Parameters": Under "Rotary Axis" > "Working Diameter," set the diameter of the engraving object
5. Click "Red Light" to preview the marking position
6. Click "Engrave" to start laser marking

We performed metal laser engraving on a stainless steel cylinder, engraving a pattern with dimensions of 4.5 x 10cm. The final effect is very exquisite, with excellent resolution and precision. The total engraving time was 20 minutes.
