1. Contents Introduction
The equipment includes the following items:
2. Laser working platform (fiber optic laser cable already connected to the main unit; handle with care to avoid damage during movement)
3. USB cable
4. Power cable
5. Foot pedal
6. 163 lens (included in inner box), 175 lens (original configuration)
7. ProMark dedicated software
7. ProMark dedicated software

2. Connect Wiring
Insert the following three cables into the corresponding ports on the back of the main unit:
1. USB cable
2. Foot pedal
3. Power cable

3. Power On/Off
The FLUX ProMark main unit has 3 buttons. After connecting the wires, simply follow the button sequence to quickly and easily power on/off.
1. Power-on button sequence: from left to right (Power-off button sequence: from right to left)
2. Open the lens protective cover
3. First, power on the FLUX ProMark main unit, then open the ProMark dedicated software.

4. Laser Point Focusing
Before starting laser engraving, the two infrared laser points projected from the lens need to be overlapped.
1. Use the rotating handle on the laser platform to control the position of the two infrared light sources.
2. Rotate until the two points overlap.

5. Software Parameter Settings
Open the FLUX ProMark dedicated software and set parameters according to the lens specifications (163 or 175 lens). Data settings will vary with different laser lenses.
1. Enter the software: Click "File" > "System Parameters" > "Work Area"
2. Check "Show Work Area"
3. 163 lens parameters:Bottom-left parameters X: -55, Y: -55 / Working area size: width 110mm, height 110mm
4. 175 lens parameters:Bottom-left parameters X: -100, Y: -100 / Working area size: width 200mm, height 200mm

6. Calibration
Before metal marking, a calibration procedure is required to ensure accurate engraving dimensions and stable equipment operation.
.Adjust Parameters:
1. Click "Parameters (F3)" at the bottom of the software interface to enter "Configuration Parameters" (163 lens: 110mm / 175 lens: 200)
2. Check "Galvanometer 2=X"
3. Check "Galvanometer Center"

.Test Marking Dimensions:
1. Draw a calibration box (10 x 10mm)
2. Click "Red Light (F1)": The laser lens will project the calibration box, previewing the actual marking area.
3. Click "Engrave (F2)": The equipment will start engraving the calibration box. Use a ruler to measure it. If the size matches 10 x 10mm, calibration is complete!
4. If there is an error in the calibration box size, click "Parameters (F3)" > "Configuration Parameters" to adjust the scale.
7. Place Engraving File
1. Click the "Image" icon to import the file.
2. Move and scale it within the work area of the interface as needed.
3. Adjust power and speed (do not check default parameters).Recommended power: 70-100 / Speed: 500-1000.
4. Click "Red Light (F1)": Preview the actual marking position.
5. Place the object to be marked in the laser preview area. You can also drag the file within the software to the actual marking position (Note: Do not exceed the working range limited by the lens specifications).

8. Start Engraving
1. Confirm that the image file and engraving object are in place.
2. Click "Engrave (F2)": Start engraving (if a foot pedal is installed, press it to start engraving).
3. After completing metal engraving, wipe it clean with alcohol and tissue paper to finish the job.
4. Metal dust will be generated during the process, so please wear a mask. For eye safety, do not look directly at the laser light.

9. Shutdown and Maintenance
1. After metal marking, gently blow dust off the lens with an air blower to prevent accumulation.
2. Close the lens cover
3. Close the software
4. Shutdown button sequence: from right to left (Power-on button sequence: from left to right)
10. Finished Product Effect
Using an iron ruler for metal marking, the 3DMart Logo (size: 40 x 15mm) was engraved in just 3 seconds. The smaller text "Digital Manufacturing Solutions," with individual character sizes of only 1mm, still achieved fine, high-precision engraving.
