We used a high-resolution cat image for laser engraving. The fine, dense fur and deep pupils on the animal's skin made the cat-loving editor eagerly anticipate the laser engraving's final effect!
Before laser engraving, use FLUX's dedicated editing software, Beam Studio. After importing the object, you can adjust its size, set coordinates, rotate, align, and perform many other functions. In "Laser Settings," you can also choose to enable gradient mode and set exposure values according to your needs.
The FLUX beamo's 1000dpi built-in camera on the laser engraving head allows for real-time preview of the image and wood board's position while operating the Beamo Studio software, a very convenient and user-friendly feature.
Engraving the cat image onto a 6.5 x 8.5 cm wooden board took a total of 15 minutes. To test the FLUX beamo's laser cutting capabilities, we laser-cut a 5mm wooden board after engraving; the cutting process took only 2 minutes across two passes.
The FLUX beamo laser cutter's new "removable bottom" design allows you to remove the bottom and elevate the machine, removing the size limitations of the machine's interior and enabling processing of objects of any size.
The gradients of the cat's fur, the varying depths of light and shadow, and the extremely fine whiskers are all presented with exquisite realism.
