[3D Printing Application] Smart Assistive Robot Wins "Million Makers" Championship!
The "Tai-Mecha Lab" full-body exoskeleton robot, which I shared with you previously, won the championship at last Saturday's awards ceremony! It also won the online popularity award. Many thanks for your support and encouragement, and to the event organizers! Among the initial more than 200 entries, 15 teams advanced to the finals, including makeup tools for the elderly, legal Q&A robots, spherical motors, JSPB jet guns (we even bought one!), etc. The competition was fierce!
3DMart is delighted that the founder of the project, Lin Zongzheng, has achieved such great success through his years of hard work, and we are also grateful for his trust in allowing us to assist with this smart assistive device project. The Ministry of Labor, the event organizer, was very thoughtful, even having a B-BOX group perform a wonderful opening act at the awards ceremony. Now, let's look back at the ceremony!

The "Tai-Mecha Lab" full-body exoskeleton robot won two awards: "Championship" and "Popularity Award." As mentioned before, this robot, as a smart assistive device, combines motion sensing technology, a carbon fiber frame, and 3D printed outer shells, among other technologies, with the aim of improving the current long-term care environment and rehabilitation treatments.

After the awards ceremony, many media outlets and officials came for interviews. Lin Zongzheng personally demonstrated the operation of the robot and robotic arm, and the site was packed. Besides the white exoskeleton parts, the precise 3D printed components for the core sensor technology were all produced using Ultimaker. Founder Lin Zongzheng also emphasized: "The 3D printed parts can be used directly without modification, and their precision is amazing."

Finally, here's a photo of 3DMart's director and Lin Zongzheng with the robot. We are grateful for the advancement of technology that makes new solutions easier to achieve. We are honored to participate in this groundbreaking project and hope to share new progress with you soon. Please stay tuned!
