Matterport Marketing Cloud makes listing properties faster and easier than ever before.
For the first time, real estate agents can schedule digital capture of properties in most major metropolitan areas and receive a complete, ready-to-use digital marketing package within approximately 1 to 2 business days.
Each package includes stunning 3D virtual tours, high-resolution images, beautiful social media videos, AI-generated property descriptions, and detailed floor plans with precise room measurements—all powered by Matterport's Property Intelligence.
Additionally, seamless MLS integration eliminates typical listing delays, helping agents bring properties to market faster with minimal effort.
Smarter Tagging Tools
The latest enhancements to Matterport's tagging feature help designers, architects, contractors, and property managers work more efficiently.
Users can now copy annotations (tags) from one digital twin to another, or import/export tags using a CSV file, eliminating the need to manually recreate them.
This is especially valuable for long-term projects where consistent documentation across multiple scans is crucial.
Furthermore, teams can now add on-site tags in real-time during scanning, ensuring immediate documentation of observations and their inclusion in the final digital twin. These upgrades reduce the need for additional site visits, saving time and money.
Faster Collaboration with New Multi-User Scanning
The new merging feature allows multiple users to simultaneously scan a project and combine their work (up to 2,000 scan points) into a single digital twin.
For large or complex properties, this significantly reduces turnaround time, enabling teams to scan spaces faster and work more efficiently.
Whether scanning office buildings, multi-unit developments, or expansive retail spaces, teams can now collaborate in real-time, completing work in a fraction of the time.
Instantly Declutter Any Space with Defurnish
Home sellers and agents can now declutter spaces, remove excess furniture or personal items with a single click, making it easier for buyers to envision the full potential of the property.
Users can also set a defurnished version of a 3D tour or static image as the default viewing experience. Soon they will also be able to create highlight reels showcasing views with and without furniture.
Originally introduced in the Fall 2024 Release, defurnish is now generally available, providing real estate professionals with a powerful way to showcase listings optimally.
