I. Z-axis Calibration (Video 00:19)
After unpacking the outer box, place the 3D printer on a stable surface, peel off the protective film, open the full-cover top lid, and remove the accessories. This includes connecting cables, scraper, gloves, funnel, USB, and other tools.
1. Loosen the four securing screws
Remove the resin vat and loosen the left and right securing screws of the print platform (the print platform does not need to be removed).

3. Tighten screws, raise print platform
After the paper and LCD panel are completely flush, retighten the four screws on both sides of the platform. Finally, click "Done" on the screen, and the platform will rise back to the top, completing the calibration.
(Confirm the above 3 steps, follow the on-screen instructions, and finally lock the resin vat to start printing.)
II. 3D Model Slicing (Video 02:32)
Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K Resin 3D Printing uses CHITUBOX slicing software.
1. Click "Settings" to enter the settings page.
2. Click the "Add" icon to enter the device selection interface and find the specified 3D printer "Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K".
3. Select the resin to be used.
4. Import the 3D model file. Users can adjust detailed parameters according to their preferences and printing conditions.
5. After the data settings are complete, drag the slider on the right to view and simulate the actual molding process. Before starting 3D printing, check if every overhang of the model has support structures fully established.
Finally, click "Slice" to obtain the model slice file. After software calculation, detailed information will be displayed, including resin type and print time. Save the file to a USB and upload it to the machine. After reading it on the Phrozen Sonic Mighty 8K, start printing.
III. Preparing for 3D Printing (Video 01:35)
1. Pour in resin
Pour resin into the resin vat and stir evenly with a scraper.
2. Close the full-cover hood
3. Select file
Insert USB and select the 3D model file, then choose the file to print on the touchscreen.
4. Start printing
Finally, click "Print" to start 3D printing.
IV. Post-processing of the Finished Product (Video 02:32)
After resin 3D printing is complete, the surface of the model will be covered with liquid resin. This time, we use the WANHAO BOXMAN-1 UV Post-Curing Light to cure the model and remove the support structures.

Insert USB and select the 3D model file, then choose the file to print on the touchscreen.
4. Start printing

Use a UV post-curing light to quickly cure the 3D printed model.
V. Finished Product Display
Moon Knight 3D print total time: 7 hours
