【3D Printing Application】FormBox Face Shield in Two Steps, 3-Second Completion, No Assembly Required!

First, we use the Ultimaker S5 Pro Bundle 3D printer to print the face shield model. Everyone's face shape is a bit different, so you can adjust the model size according to your needs. This time, we're using BotFeeder PLA translucent white filament. Although the Ultimaker 3D printer is an industrial model, it can also use open-source materials.
After 3D printing the face shield model, combine it with the FormBox vacuum forming machine and transparent cast sheets to endlessly replicate face shields. Pressing down to form one vacuum-formed face shield only takes 3 seconds. Not only is the production time super fast, but the material sheets also fit the model size perfectly, successfully creating proportional face shields. Cut the material sheet along the edge of the model, leaving space for punching holes on both sides. After punching the holes, secure it with elastic cotton string or elastic band, and it's ready to wear!
