[Mold Exhibition News] 3DMART 2016 Taipei International Mold Exhibition Concludes Successfully
The annual event of Taiwan's mold industry, the "2016 Taipei International Mold and Mold Manufacturing Equipment Exhibition," successfully concluded on Saturday, September 3rd! We are very grateful to all the friends who came to visit the exhibition and made the effort to come to the Nangang Exhibition Center. The partners at 3DMART also enthusiastically shared and introduced how 3D printing technology can assist the entire manufacturing process. We hope that 3D printers can help more people reduce mold opening costs and save time. Below, let me introduce you to the many items exhibited by 3DMART over these four days!Skeleton Robot / Four-Cylinder Engine
This robot was made using an Ultimaker2+ 3D printer, and all its joints are movable, allowing it to strike various cool (and sometimes embarrassing) poses. You might not have noticed, but we actually used PC 3D printing material to make it! PC has excellent mechanical strength and temperature resistance, making the robot as tough and heat-resistant as Mazinger Z.Except for the internal magnets and screws, the four-cylinder engine was also entirely printed using an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer! Even its transmission belt was printed using TPE material!
