The new generation of curing units, Form Cure V2, precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to produce robust, strong prints with unprecedented speed and consistency. It post-cures Form 4/B prints in just 60 seconds, significantly enhancing the strength and toughness of the final parts, creating a harder and less adhesive surface.

You can post-cure Form 4/B prints in 60 seconds, with four times the UV power, five times faster heating, and a 1.3 times larger chamber size. Simply select a pre-validated preset for Formlabs' 45+ materials to begin curing. Advanced users can also customize time and temperature as needed.
Post-curing completes the chemical reactions initiated during the printing process, enhancing part strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance, while creating a harder and less adhesive surface.
Biocompatible materials require post-curing to meet regulatory safety standards.
