Formlabs Form Cure L V2 120V Temperature Controlled Post-Curing Unit
Formlabs Form Cure V2 120V Temperature Controlled Post-Curing Unit
The Formlabs Form Cure L V2 combines heat and 405 nm UV light with precise control to post-cure large models in a very short amount of time. Compared to the previous generation, the new model boasts 5 times the UV power, faster heat-up speed, a 26% smaller footprint, and can process prints up to 19% larger. When paired with the Form 4L/Form 4BL, curing can be completed in as fast as 60 seconds. Users can start curing by simply selecting from 45+ factory-validated material presets; advanced users can also customize time and temperature to meet different application needs. Post-curing completes the chemical process that was not fully reacted after printing, further enhancing the strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance of the finished product, and making the surface harder and less tacky. For biocompatible materials, post-curing is also a necessary step to meet regulatory safety standards.
Form Cure (2nd generation) precisely combines heat and 405 nm light to produce tough and durable prints with unprecedented speed and consistency. Now, you can post-cure Form 4/B prints in just 60 seconds, with 4 times the UV power, 5 times faster heat-up time, and 1.3 times larger chamber size. Simply choose from Formlabs' 45+ validated material presets to start curing. Advanced users can customize time and temperature to meet their specific needs. Post-curing completes the chemical reactions initiated during printing, enhancing the strength, toughness, heat resistance, and creep resistance of the final part, while creating a harder, less tacky surface. For biocompatible materials, post-curing is required to meet safety standards determined by regulatory bodies.
Post-cure large resin prints in as fast as 60 seconds
Achieve consistent, validated results with high-speed curing and rapid heat-up, making post-curing large resin 3D prints faster and easier.
Blazing Fast Curing
Curing cycles are 5–6 times faster than the previous generation, and heat-up time is reduced by 40%, significantly compressing post-processing time.
