Vision System: With AI-driven real-time monitoring, the vision system can instantly detect issues like material clumping, spaghetti, and waste chute blockages, helping to prevent print failures.
This vision system also supports various advanced features, such as real-time spatial alignment for precise laser and cutting calibration, and visual encoder technology for improved positioning accuracy.
Feeding: Filament path sensors work collaboratively to monitor feeding speed and position, detect filament tangles and grinding risks, track filament mileage and spool usage, and ensure AMS, buffer, cutter, and tools on the feeding path are ready, ensuring every tool is in place and every action is under control.
Thermal Control: Five NTC temperature sensors are strategically distributed across the nozzle, heated bed, and print chamber.

For Bambu Lab machines purchased, 3DMart Hong Kong provides a one-year carry-in warranty. For any operational inquiries, please contact 3DMart Support.

• If your machine has an issue, please fill out the technical support form first.

• Damage determined by engineers to be caused by human error, self-modification, or non-human damage for original factory repair and maintenance services are covered. Consumables (e.g., nozzles) and spare parts are not covered under warranty.
• All operational training will be quoted separately by a 3DMart specialist. Please fill out the contact form to inquire.

Please note: To ensure the stability of the AMS 2 Pro drying process, please use the official Bambu Lab power adapter.
Using a third-party power adapter may result in product damage, and damaged parts of the product itself are not covered under warranty policies.
