One-Year Warranty & Repair Information

When purchasing a Bambu Lab machine, 3DMart offers a choice between a one-year standard warranty or an extended warranty service. For any operational questions, please contact the 3DMart mailbox.

• Once shipped, our company cannot process additional purchases of the [Extended Warranty Plan]. Please confirm your chosen warranty plan that meets your needs at the time of ordering.
• If there is an issue with the machine, please first fill out the technical support form.
• Please ensure to use the complete original packaging (outer box, protective foam, etc.) and include all original accessories (e.g., power supply, SD card, cables, materials used for printing, etc.) to avoid any omissions during repair.
• The warranty does not cover human-induced damage, damage from self-modification, or original factory repair and warranty services for non-human damage, nor does it cover consumables (such as nozzles) and spare parts.
• All operational training will be quoted separately by 3DMart specialists. You can fill out the contact form to inquire.

One-Click Nozzle Replacement
The new one-click quick-change hotend design allows the nozzle to easily pop in or out with a single press.

Active Motor Noise Cancellation
The A1 can calibrate parameters based on subtle differences between each drive motor to cancel out unwanted motor noise, achieving quieter operation.

CoreXY Speed and Quality on a Bedslinger
All-metal rails, a sturdy frame, nozzle pressure sensor, accelerometer, a powerful MCU, and most importantly, an advanced motion control system leveraging these features, allow it to print a 14-minute 3D print test boat with high quality and meeting all speed standards without using specialized materials.
