The Bambu Lab AMS Lite (Simplified Version) is an intelligent system that connects to the printhead module to ensure stable feeding and automatic filament switching. It can detect filament tension and actively adjust feeding speed. With RFID technology, the Bambu Lab AMS can identify loaded filaments and automatically set the most suitable printing parameters. (Only original filaments can be identified)
Improved Spool Compatibility
The spring-loaded rotary spool holder secures the spool at the center hole, improving spool compatibility, especially for cardboard spools.
．The Bambu Lab AMS Lite consists of 4 filament slots, and up to 4 AMS units can be installed in parallel. With multiple filament slots available, it's possible to use easy-to-remove support materials or soluble filaments, minimizing the difficulty of support removal.
．Automatic filament backup can be set: to seamlessly load a new spool when the current one runs out. This ensures an uninterrupted printing process and prevents material waste due to manual spool changes.
