Update Firmware
Ultimaker's official website regularly releases updated versions of Cura and machine firmware. Please update regularly and ensure that your software and machine firmware are the latest versions.
Follow the steps below to update your Ultimaker 2+ series firmware:
1. Connect your computer to the Ultimaker2+ with a USB cable.
2. Connect the Ultimaker2+ power cable and turn on the power.
3. Open Cura, select "Settings" > Printers > Manage Printers > Select the connected machine > Click Update Firmware. Cura will automatically update your machine's firmware to the latest version.
*If your 3D printer is not found, please select the "Add" button. Please ensure that the 3D printer is connected via USB cable and powered on.
