1. Unboxing and Assembly
The Snapmaker 10W Laser Head comes in an all-white outer box. Just holding it, the quality feels different from a cardboard box! After unboxing, use screws to assemble the 10W Laser Head onto the Snapmaker A350T 3-in-1 3D Printer. The box includes:

2. Software Operation
Using the dedicated Snapmaker Luban software, select "Settings" > "Machine Settings", then choose "10W Laser" in "Laser Module" and select "Three-axis" for laser engraving. (*Four-axis: chosen for curved surface engraving with a rotary module)

3. Laser Head Auto-Focus
Using the touchscreen of the Snapmaker A350T 3-in-1 3D Printer, select the engraving file from the USB, then choose "Auto Mode." The machine will measure the material thickness and automatically focus.

*Auto-focus considerations
1. Material thickness must be < 50mm
2. Avoid transparent, shiny, or reflective materials for the workpiece

Fix the engraving material in the center of the platform. Confirm that the "red focus dot" appears on the surface of the object. The machine will automatically detect the material thickness and display the result immediately on the touchscreen. After confirming the material thickness is correct, the system will automatically complete focusing. Before starting laser engraving, the machine will preview the engraving path with a blue light. Use the arrows on the touchscreen to adjust the blue light position until it meets the desired location. 3 steps to set:
1. Move the laser engraving center point position
2. Set the engraving origin
3. Run border preview of the actual path

4. Laser Engraving and Cutting Test
To protect user's eyes, please avoid staring directly at the laser light during laser engraving. It is recommended to use specialized safety goggles to monitor the engraving process.
