【Laser Cutting Application】Rapid Engraving of Movable Type, Puzzle Stamps are Super Fun!
The letterpress printing machine has been upgraded, capable of printing Chinese, English, and totems, allowing you to express your inner literary youth! Today, we're going to use the FLUX beambox laser cutter to create a super fun 3D puzzle stamp. It only takes 10 minutes to complete and you can switch to your preferred stamp design in just 1 second. Read on to learn how:
Step One: Create the Stamp Design
First, choose your preferred stamp font and pattern. You can easily edit it in design software or directly import an image. The simple preliminary work is complete!

(Remember to mirror the design before laser engraving so that the stamped image appears correctly.)
Step Two: Laser Cutting and Engraving the Stamp
Import the file into FLUX's dedicated Beam Studio software. In the dropdown menu, you can select the material and function, and the system will automatically adjust the values. We chose the stamp engraving mode, combined with the 3mm wood cutting mode, to quickly apply preset parameters and effectively improve work efficiency!

FLUX beambox engraved high-resolution effects on a small 2cm stamp, clearly showcasing brush strokes with a width of only 1mm. Laser cutting the puzzle structure took only 1 minute, and engraving the stamp was completed in just 5 minutes.

Step Three: Assemble the Puzzle Stamp
The stamp is composed of six puzzle pieces, which can be freely disassembled, assembled, and have their stamp designs changed. Finally, with an ink pad, you can create your own unique stamp. Using a FLUX laser cutter, you can quickly and custom-make high-quality stamps, breaking away from the tedious workflow of traditional hand-carved stamps. FLUX beambox can process various materials such as wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard, felt, rubber, glass, anodized metal, and stainless steel. Besides engraving stamps, with a little imagination, you can create many more application possibilities!
