【Metal Marking Tutorial】Customized Image and Text Marking, 3-Second Autofocus for Metal Engraving!

I. Power On/Off Sequence
The high-speed galvanometer fiber laser marking machine has two buttons on the front: "Laser Switch" and "Galvanometer Switch". After powering on, remove the lens protective cover and attach the positioning assistant.
 
. Power On: Galvanometer Switch – Laser Switch (Buttons: bottom first, then top)
. Power Off: Laser Switch – Galvanometer Switch (Buttons: top first, then bottom)
 

II. Focus Calibration
On the right side of the marking machine's work platform, there is a row of operation buttons. Lift the focus positioner and place the object to be marked underneath. Simply press "Autofocus", and the system will automatically detect the object's height. When the focus indicator light turns on, focusing is complete.

III. Software Operation
The fiber laser marking machine allows for customized engraving of both images and text with rapid marking. First, click on "Parameters" to load the marking machine's dedicated system configuration file (provided upon purchase). Then, import the QR code or commercial logo to be engraved.
 

Click on the "Red Light" function, and the system will preview the marking position with a red frame. At this point, you can move the object to be marked according to the red frame. After confirming the position, click "Mark" to start laser marking.

 

We engraved the 3DMart logo onto a stainless steel box, measuring 4 x 1 cm, which took 2 minutes. Engraving a QR code onto the surface of a stapler, measuring 2 x 2 cm, took only 13 seconds! The engraving speed is extremely fast, and the results are very fine and precise.
