Welcome to 3DMART's latest work! Do you remember the previous post, [3D Printing Application] FDM 3D Printer and Lost-Wax Casting Spark a Blaze ? The customized rings mentioned at the end of the article are finally complete! We would like to thank Mr. Lin Xinda for his great help. We used the Ultimaker 2 3D printer, but adjusted the print layer thickness to 0.05mm. Although we felt it was difficult to distinguish the difference with the naked eye, Mr. Lin Xinda said that the difference was obvious when viewed under a jeweler's loupe, and it would also affect the surface texture of the cast product. With the success of our last experience, we have full confidence in this 3D printing material and are sure to get exquisite finished products. However, seeing the actual product still left us amazed. Let's take a look at these results~

Upon closer inspection, you'll notice that the "L O V E" on the finished product printed with wax-like filament MoldLay has a slight droop underneath due to the lack of support. However, Mr. Lin said that this filament is very easy to work with. After modification, it was sent for lost-wax casting~

You can design your desired patterns and text on the ring~ Seeing this, I almost thought this was an advertisement for rings~(just kidding)

These two rings are made of 925 sterling silver and copper, respectively. The polished copper looks as dazzling as gold.
After seeing this, do you also want a sterling silver or copper ring that is uniquely yours and custom-designed and made?
