[3D Printing Materials] Ha-Ya-Yi! Soft Material that Ultimaker can Print Quickly!

Elastic soft materials like TPE have always been relatively difficult to handle. Unless you have a nozzle specifically designed for soft materials like Lulzbot, achieving stable and fast printing is extremely challenging, let alone with remote feeding machines. Even with sophisticated machines like Ultimaker, printing with soft materials requires some effort. If you've ever had or still have this problem, then you absolutely must hear about this super good news! The well-known American flexible material manufacturer Ninjatek has finally launched its new product Cheetah !!!
Cheetah is an industrial-grade elastic filament, and it is definitely the fastest and easiest to use in 3D printing. This 3D printing material was developed to make it easier for everyone to print flexible products. Its printing speed can rival ABS and PLA, and it's twice as fast as most soft materials on the market. True to its name, it is undeniably called Cheetah.
This time, 3DMART is using the Ultimaker2+ 3D printer to test Cheetah material. Let's see if it's really as amazing as described below!

Printing Parameters:
Machine Used: Ultimaker 2+
Slicing Software: Cura 2.1.2
Material Used: Ninjatek - Cheetah
Layer Thickness: 0.15mm
Printing Temperature: 225C
Build Plate Temperature: 60C
Printing Speed: 45mm/s
Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm
For general soft materials, the printing speed can only be set to about 10-20mm/s for a higher success rate. Since this material claims a speed comparable to PLA and ABS, let's try setting it to 45mm/s!

Sugoi! It's really easy to print and succeeded on the first try! The surface quality is also excellent. To make the tire more vibrant, we even secretly switched to white material at the top to continue printing.

Wow~ Tires made with Cheetah material feel like they could run faster than Schumacher! The 95A Shore hardness is truly soft and flexible, and different infill percentages can achieve different levels of softness and hardness!

Huh? The car looks a bit familiar~ Isn't it the one printed with PC material before? With tires printed from soft material, it runs just as smoothly, has good grip, and is much quieter~
Printing multiple tires at once is also no problem~~ Both extrusion and molding are very stable~

The very popular drones can also use Cheetah as a protective case for GoPro to prevent damage if it falls!
Ultimaker users are truly blessed! How can you not be tempted by such excellent material? Come and use NinjaTak, hmph hmph hah-chi~~
