3DMART also brings you some great news! Until Christmas 2015, every Ultimaker 2 and Ultimaker 2 Extended you purchase will come with a free Olsson Block: https://3dmart.com.tw/tw/news/show.aspx?num=39
Dr. Daniel J. Thomas's turbine intake jet engine model can be found here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:589668
Today's machine is the Ultimaker 2 Extended, which retains the same high quality as the Ultimaker 2, with a printing height increased to 30.5 cm!

And the protagonist is the 0.25mm Olsson Block. The complete Olsson Block set has 4 different diameters (0.25, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8mm).

After the Olsson Block is installed, the nozzles can be quickly changed like this!

The 0.25mm nozzle is perfect for parts that require finer details, such as turbine blades!

Zooming in, you can see the fineness of each tiny blade.

After a while, the blades are printed!

Start printing the base. The base also has some relatively fine structures inside.

The base is also successfully printed~

Assemble all the parts~ Ta-da~ the jet engine is complete!

The filament used is Ultimaker's silver PLA. All parts were printed for a total of 71 hours and 18 minutes, with a total weight of 236 grams.

Let's feel the charm of Olsson Block and Extended through the time-lapse video printed by Ultimaker~
