.Ventilation Grill
Common "ventilation grills" are typically produced through injection molding, which requires designing a basic model first, then using molds and injection equipment for mass production, taking at least a year. The CIM UPC team first used 3D scanning for the parts, then utilized 50 BCN3D printers working at full capacity. Thanks to the IDEX (Independent Dual Extruders) technology, printing was primarily carried out in "Duplication" mode, successfully completing all object production within half a year, effectively halving the delivery time!
 
 
 
When using IDEX technology for 3D printing, you can choose between "Duplication" and "Mirror" modes. Both nozzles operate simultaneously, achieving double efficiency and productivity in the same amount of time!
 
.Automotive Intake Manifold
The CIM UPC team designs automotive part samples using 3D printing technology. The intake manifold has complex internal details, and to ensure precision and quality, the 3D printer and material stability are crucial. By using BCN3D printers with the BCN3D Smart Cabinet, which can control the humidity of eight rolls of 3D printing filament simultaneously, and an uninterrupted power supply system to prevent any power outages during operation, 3D printing can proceed smoothly even without constant human supervision.

.Pharmaceutical Watertight Tank Parts

They ultimately chose to use Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology combined with PP (polypropylene), a commonly used industrial material. This decision resulted in cost savings of nearly 260,000 NTD, making it the most economical and efficient choice for the enterprise!
