The correct layer height is crucial for the operation of the 3D printer or the accuracy of the finished product, and Sinterit can print shell layers as thin as 0.75 mm. He only spent 12 hours designing the electronic equipment and casing for the "platform tester," replacing the original bulky equipment. Using the Sinterit Lisa 3D printer to produce and assemble it takes only one working day, and these tools can be put into use immediately.


 
High-Temperature Detector
Another improved device is the "high-temperature detector." The pyrometer is responsible for monitoring the internal temperature of the 3D printer to maintain a stable printing process, and each pyrometer must undergo comprehensive testing before leaving the factory. Since the testing equipment was developed internally, there were no additional protective devices apart from wires and circuit boards, making it inconvenient to move. Szymon's improved tester has more functions and reliability, and the entire process from design to printing and assembly also took only 12 hours.
