【3D Scanner Review】SHINING Scanner Performance Comparison: Which One Delivers the Best Results?
Today, 3DMart will be testing the reverse engineering capabilities of two " SHINING 3D scanners"—a general-purpose model and an industrial model. With so many different scanner applications, it can be hard to choose! This video review will provide the answers with a direct comparison:
First, we used the newly introduced "SHINING EinScan SE" to scan the details of King Kong (19 cm high, 22 cm wide). By simply adjusting the model's position after each rotation of the turntable, allowing the scanner to capture all angles, the scan can be easily completed.

Next, we used the "SHINING EinScan Pro 2X+" in handheld scanning mode. Engineers can move freely according to the size of the model, allowing for a wide and unrestricted scanning range. The scan can be completed in just 3 minutes!
During the scanning process, the device connects directly to the software, allowing for real-time preview of the scan status, making it easy and convenient to operate!

Although the " EinScan SE" takes longer to scan, it produces extremely fine details, whether it's the wrinkles on the ape's face, the depth of its ears, the armor parts on its chest, or the concavities and convexities of its collarbones.

The handheld scanning precision of the "EinScan Pro 2X+" is not as high as that of the fixed-position " EinScan SE" scanner, but it offers excellent model completeness and is 7 times faster!
To provide a more comprehensive comparison, we specially added a test using the "EinScan Pro 2X+" turntable scanning mode. After focusing with light, the turntable automatically rotates 360 degrees, making scanning simple and easy to complete!

The "EinScan Pro 2X+" has both handheld and fixed turntable scanning functions, making it suitable for industrial applications and scanning large objects with a wide range of uses. The precision of the fixed mode will be higher than that of the " EinScan SE". The " EinScan SE" has a relatively limited scanning range, making it suitable for scanning small objects. However, for a scanner under NT$50,000, the "EinScan SE" still offers excellent value for money!
