【3D Scanning】BMW Dashboard Reverse Engineering: AESUB Orange Endurance Upgrade!
The highly-praised AESUB Blue is popular for its automatic sublimation and no-cleaning properties. It can be safely used on fabrics, glass, wood, metal, and electronic components. With the ever-expanding applications of 3D scanning, Taiwan's rainy and humid environment accelerates the sublimation process, making it the perfect time for our AESUB Orange to make its debut!
Let's first see how AESUB Orange is used in a repair shop to reverse engineer a BMW dashboard! Combined with a 3D printer, the dashboard can be embedded in the driver's seat, ensuring a secure application for race car drivers.
The newly launched AESUB Orange inherits many features from AESUB Blue, such as automatic sublimation, no cleaning required, and no pigments, but its sublimation time has been significantly extended to 24 hours! It is more suitable for outdoor use, large objects, and Taiwan's rainy and humid environment. Using it is also simple, just three steps!

Step 1: Spray slowly and evenly from 15-20 cm away from the object. Remember not to shake!
Step 2: After AESUB Orange dries, begin 3D scanning.
Step 3: Wait 12-24 hours for it to sublimate automatically, no cleaning required. It's that easy!

If compared under the same conditions, after AESUB Blue sublimates over time, the glass bottle sprayed with AESUB Orange can still be 3D scanned. For larger objects or applications requiring more precise results with scanning target stickers, there's no need to repeatedly spray or race against time anymore.
Paired with Shining 3D scanning, it can be applied to architecture, medicine, design, religion, energy, vehicles, and reverse engineering. It works on any material surface, even transparent chairs are absolutely no problem.
Practical case:
To enhance the precision and detail of 3D scanning, using scanning target stickers is not affected by AESUB Orange spray, and the adhesion is not compromised!

Whether AESUB Orange or AESUB Blue, (click here to see a comparison of the two products' performance) both offer the same results and scanning quality, with differences only in sublimation time for different applications. It is recommended to consider your usage habits and whether you are unable to keep up with the sublimation speed or are affected by environmental conditions. For Taiwan's rainy and humid environment, we highly recommend the new product AESUB Orange!

Still wondering why you need AESUB spray after seeing this? When 3D scanning, transparent glass, black fabric, or reflective metal can cause undesirable scanning results, or even prevent effective scanning of detailed textures or gaps; earlier spray powders still required wiping with water or alcohol, which could cause damage to complex structures or precision electronic components to a certain extent; AESUB Orange and AESUB Blue perfectly solve all these problems. The automatic sublimation feature will not cause any damage to the object, clearly scanning all details to perfection (click here for more examples). Just three steps, and you'll love it.
Give 3D Mart a thumbs up!
