．Diamond Stylus, Steel Hardness
The "Metal Engraver METAZA MPX-95" is a compact desktop device that has passed UDI international certification, meeting medical equipment standards. Its diamond stylus can process not only iron and stainless steel but also various metals such as silver, titanium, platinum, brass, and aluminum, with hardness up to 200HV (Vickers hardness). It precisely engraves QR codes, logos, text, or complex digital patterns.
 

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires labeling machines for medical devices and all medical devices (Class I, Class II, and Class III) to comply with the UDI standard (Unique Device Identification System Final Rule).
 
 

．Easy Operation, Real-time Preview
The MPX-95 metal engraver can be optionally equipped with an impact cap (the green object in the picture), allowing for smooth processing of both curved and flat objects. We used the flat bottom of a stainless steel aircraft part (Click here to see: 3D Printed Aircraft Casting Part) for engraving. With the dedicated METAZA Studio software, you can import JPG, BMP files, or directly enter text into the software. Operation is simple, and you can preview the work screen in real-time.

 
 
 
．Protective Cover, Quiet and Safe
The Roland MPX-95 is designed for irregular and cylindrical tools like medical scissors and forceps. The device can be optionally equipped with fixtures for quick and precise clamping of objects of any shape. The base is detachable, allowing for materials up to 200 x 100 x 70mm to be placed. The engraving process does not involve burning or cutting, so it produces no odors or debris. When starting to engrave, the device's outer cover can be closed to prevent external interference.
 
 

．Ultra-Small Size, Ultra-High Resolution
The 3DMart logo is only 18 x 4mm, and the small QR code below it is even smaller, at just 5 x 5mm. The engraving effect is very exquisite, with a resolution of up to 1058dpi. The engraved QR Code can also be successfully scanned and linked; on average, engraving a file takes only 30 seconds, and the job can be completed within 2 minutes!
