【Event Recap】3DMart Supports MakeNTU 2026 Participants!

We are incredibly honored to once again participate in the 2026 MakeNTU Hackathon and continue supporting the annual major Maker event organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University.
MakeNTU has always been an important platform for hardware innovation and interdisciplinary practical work for students in Taiwan. This year, it brought together developers, designers, and creators from all over Taiwan to challenge themselves to fully realize their ideas from concept to physical product within a limited time.

MakeNTU 2026 is not just a competition; it's an innovation laboratory combining AI, software-hardware integration, digital manufacturing, and product thinking.
Participating teams need to quickly complete ideation, design, modeling, circuit integration, and prototype creation under an intense development pace, truly transforming creativity into tangible results that can be seen and operated.

This year, MakeNTU continues its core spirit of "We need it, we make it," encouraging participants to address real-world needs and problems through technology and creativity.
In addition to hardware development and software design, the event also incorporates more challenges in AI applications, smart interaction, sustainability issues, and human-machine integration, so that the maker spirit is no longer just about creating products, but further contemplating how technology can truly improve lives.

In such a high-density, high-compression creative environment, every minute is precious.
From concept development to final presentation, participants compete not only on creativity but also on execution efficiency and equipment stability.

MakeNTU has a high demand for real-time prototyping. Participants must complete mechanisms, casings, functional parts, and display models in a short period, so 3D printing equipment needs to be not only fast but also stable.

Since each team must share limited equipment and time resources, printing efficiency, failure rate, and ease of operation directly affect the completeness of the work.
For a maker competition, the ability to quickly produce usable parts is often the key to successfully completing a project.
