After the initial design of new shoe styles, Camper designers use 3D printing technology to print abstract ideas directly within a day! The physical 3D printed shoe models are available the very next day. Any ideas that need adjustment or testing can be modified immediately. Whether designing men's or women's shoes, designers can be bolder with their design ideas, greatly increasing the feasibility of each creative concept.

The Camper team uses PLA filament, the most common material in 3D printing, to create shoe samples with various complex structures. Models made with PLA filament have smooth and even printing effects, saturated colors, and low material costs, allowing for testing different prototypes without significant expense. Composed of renewable and biodegradable crops like corn and sugarcane, it does not harm the environment after use, making it an excellent choice for producing complex samples!

BCN3D series 3D printers use IDEX (Independent Dual Extruders) 3D printing technology, where the two printhead systems are completely separate and move independently, preventing nozzle movements from interfering with each other during operation.
