Four tons of downward pressure, double the forming size
The Multiplier Desktop Pressure Former can apply over "four tons" of force to material sheets and workpieces, thereby achieving extremely detailed molds. It is compatible with the full range of FormBox vacuum forming material sheets (such as: Cast Sheets, Resin Sheets, Clear Sheets, White Sheets...etc.). It can also use third-party forming material sheets (thickness between 0.25-8mm). The Multiplier Desktop Pressure Former has a circular forming area of up to 400mm x 400 x 160mm, which is twice the forming size of the well-known FormBox Desktop Vacuum Former (200mm x 200 x 130mm)!
Perfect 90-degree fit, with accuracy up to 3mm
With downward pressure of up to four tons, even objects with 90-degree right angles can be perfectly fitted! Similar to the FormBox forming principle, molds created through vacuum forming can infinitely replicate the original model! Molds can be filled with resin, concrete, wax, or even chocolate... etc., and can be used to make casings, medical devices, crafts, and food; what's more, the Multiplier can clearly press out fine lines and grooves up to 3mm thick, with traces on the template prototype clearly visible in the mold!
(Using the Multiplier Desktop Pressure Former, even workpieces with 90-degree right angles can achieve a perfect fit.)
