.All-steel structure, simple and quick assembly
The structure of the xTool D1 laser cutting/engraving machine is simple, mainly comprising four rod axes. Assembly with screws and cables takes only about 30 minutes. For an assembled machine, the process is relatively simple and fast, allowing users to operate it themselves. Furthermore, the D1 features an all-steel body (with a working area up to 432x406mm and a maximum height of 50mm), ensuring excellent overall sturdiness and durability.
 

The high-speed laser engraving of the xTool D1 reaches up to 10,000mm/min. During operation, the crossbar and wheels undergo significant use. The upgraded system equipped on the D1 helps extend the average lifespan of the machine.
 
 
.Elevated machine frame: larger and thicker processing materials
The overall structure of the D1 features an elevated frame, allowing materials to extend beyond the engraving area when placed in the work zone. Because the work area is an open space, it can handle thicker material sizes.
 

.Laser light shield for complete eye protection
The xTool D1 uses a tiny laser spot of 0.08 mm x 0.08 mm, offering extremely high precision. Diodes are purple and can cause eye damage when emitting laser light. Thoughtful design: the laser engraving module is equipped with a colored plastic cover to help protect users' eyes from direct exposure to the laser beam.
 

The machine's chip includes an emergency stop button and a motion sensor. If the machine moves due to external factors, the system will automatically detect and terminate the laser beam, ensuring a safe operating environment for children, students, designers, and businesses alike.

 
.Intuitive software, simple operation
The dedicated software, Laserbox Basic, can be operated on computers (Windows / macOS / Android / iOS). An app has also been added, allowing control of the xTool D1 from a mobile phone, editing images, text, and QR code engravings to meet various customized needs.
