【Vacuum Forming Application】Pearl Shell Desserts: A Feast for the Eyes and Palate!
Pearl shells from the seaside, catching the tail end of summer! French pastry chef Amaury Guichon presents another masterpiece of realistic desserts! We've previously shared various versatile pastries created by Amaury ( click here to see: Realistic Handicrafts, How Many Numbers Will You Bet On to Win?), and this time, inspired by the end of summer, Amaury heads to the Hawaiian beach. After watching the video, you'll immediately:
Place the shell-shaped object into a vacuum forming machine and use vacuum forming plastic sheets for vacuum molding. In just three seconds, you'll get a "shell" mold. Pour chocolate sauce into the mold, and after it solidifies, it can be easily demolded. Creating highly realistic chocolate shells is that simple.

To create the natural texture of a shell, you can pour out the chocolate sauce from the mold before it solidifies, then scrape off any excess sauce from the edges of the shell. After it completely solidifies, the chocolate sauce, affected by gravity, will form a natural and beautiful curve.

(The FormBox series of injection molding sheets are food-safe certified and can be safely used in the food industry. By simply assembling the FormBox heat shield, you can use thicker vacuum forming sheets.)
The essential pearl inside the shell is the soul of this dessert! Amaury adds vanilla coconut sauce, coconut cream, and light coconut mousse to the pearl, then coats it with a special sauce. The beautiful pearly luster is just like a real pearl cultivated for a long time inside a shell. Did you think that was the end? Amaury's dedication to his work doesn't even overlook the smallest details! After whipping cream, he surrounds the pearl with it, adding the finishing touch to the creation, making it as real as a shell spitting out sand.

The pearl shell dessert is mainly made of white chocolate, exuding a subtle aroma of coconut and vanilla. Finally, the shell surface is sprayed with paint, and both the colors and spots are very delicate, just like a work of art, a dessert creation with extremely high还原度!

Amaury is simply the best spokesperson for FormBox in the dessert world! We look forward to him bringing us more feasts for both the eyes and palate in the future.
