【Actual Test Video】AESUB Spray, The Ultimate CP King Showdown!

AESUB scanning spray is very useful, isn't it? The highly-praised AESUB Blue automatically sublimes and requires no cleaning, just like that junior girl who says she's going to take a shower and then ghosts you—it sublimes automatically. It can be used on fabric, glass, wood, metal, and electronic components. Wait a minute! Does the automatic sublimation passive skill of AESUB Blue last for four hours? And does it sublimate faster with changes in temperature, humidity, or ventilation? What if the scanning object is a 1:1 Gundam or if marker stickers need to be applied, and there's not enough time? This is when our AESUB Orange comes to the rescue! Previously: [3D Scanning] BMW Dashboard Reverse Engineering, AESUB Orange for Extended Endurance! But ultimately, which one offers the best value for money? Let's get started!

We specifically used a car lift to raise the vehicle and scan the entire undercarriage!

First, we adhered to all car factory safety guidelines, prioritizing personnel safety, and also complied with relevant government regulations during the pandemic. For the comparison, we sprayed the front half of the car with Aesub Blue and the rear half with Aesub Orange.

After spraying, the equipment was ready for operation. Since scanning the undercarriage of a car presents some identification difficulties, we used marker stickers on the undercarriage. The undercarriage is entirely metal and has a complex structure. Aesub Blue & Aesub Orange both sublime automatically and require no cleaning, so they will not cause any damage to the vehicle.

Finally, we proceeded with 3D scanning. We found that the front part of the car, which was covered with Aesub Blue, had already started to sublime, and the scanning results were not ideal. So, we sent in Aesub Orange for a heroic rescue. For this scan, we used the SHINING 3D - EinScan Pro HD scanner, which truly lives up to its "PRO" title.

Since both Aesub Blue & Aesub Orange have the same capacity, we prepared two cans of Aesub Orange just in case. We waited until the area originally sprayed with Aesub Blue had completely sublimed before using Aesub Orange.

After conducting the 3D scan, it was evident that Aesub Orange sublimated much slower, making it more suitable for large objects and outdoor environments. The effect remained even after the entire 3D scan was completed, allowing for a relaxed pace throughout the process. Even including the time required for scanning marker stickers, there was ample time. The effect was still present after the scan was finished.

Overall, Aesub Blue is more suitable for indoor use and smaller objects. Aesub Orange is suitable for outdoor use and larger objects. So, the question is, which one offers better value for money?
The prices of the two are different. Converting to cost per hour based on effect time, Aesub Blue costs NT$237.5 per hour; while Aesub Orange, in its ideal state, costs NT$57.5 per hour. Even at its minimum 12-hour automatic sublimation, it costs NT$115 per hour. Applying the saying "time is money," Aesub Orange is quite cost-effective. The key is whether it's a godsend or a pain in the neck during 3D scanning, and you, being smart, will surely understand. Of course, we also have Aesub White.
