This time, we want to share our latest molded product with everyone—customized soap made with 3D printing! Below are instructions on how to get it for free!
The well-known 3D printing exhibition is coming soon! We will meet you next week from 8/29 (Wednesday) to 9/1 (Saturday) at booth I402 on the first floor of Hall 1, Nangang Exhibition Center!
Not only will there be many introductions to the latest technological exhibits, but also many practical and exquisite 3D printed small gifts available!
Let's reveal how this exquisite handmade soap is produced using 3D printing:
1. First, we use 3D printing to create the master mold for the soap. These colorful samples are all results of us printing with PLA filament!

2. Next, the sample is used for silicone molding, and after demolding, a mold suitable for mass production is obtained. From a single model, even tiny triangles can be clearly printed. This depends on the exquisiteness of the sample itself, so the quality of the 3D printing used at the beginning is very important.

3. Prepare tools for making soap: lemon essential oil, soap base, soap colorant (for coloring), measuring cup, scale, bamboo chopsticks, microwave oven.

4. Cut the large piece of soap base into small pieces for easy heating, and weigh it according to the amount of soap to be made.

5. Put the cut and weighed small pieces of soap into the microwave oven to heat for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on your microwave's power. Heat until melted! If it boils too much, there will be many small bubbles, so it doesn't need too much time.

6. Then add the soap colorant and stir quickly until evenly mixed. After the color is even, add the essential oil. If you add the essential oil first, the fragrance will dissipate, so add the colorant first.

7. Here comes the most important step! Since we want to create a gradient color, we have already prepared two shades, blue and green. Now, we need to pour them into the mold simultaneously! To make this step look good, it needs to be done in one go. Our colleague truly has nimble hands!

8. Before the soap liquid cools, it must be poured into the mold quickly, otherwise, as the soap liquid gradually solidifies with cooling, it will be difficult to pour! The soap liquid poured into the mold is crystal clear and very beautiful!

9. Soaps made with soap base can be demolded immediately after cooling and hardening in the refrigerator! Silicone molds are elastic, so the soap can be easily released.

10. The finished soap is crystal clear with beautiful gradient colors, truly irresistible! Not only that, we also include a small and exquisite 3D printed soap dish! Interested? How to get it for free?
