Today,
3DMart is not just introducing this machine;
we're also taking everyone on an unboxing journey.
That's right! The unboxing reality show starts now! Right here in the 3DMart office!
We'll also show you XFAB's printing process and finished products! ~
On this day, XFAB first arrived at our office.
Let's start unboxing! ~~~
It must be that the packaging contains a very complete set of 3D printing equipment, which is why it has such a large body.

In fact, the machine takes up about 3/4 of the box.
The remaining space accommodates XFAB's complete accessories.

The orange casing is to prevent specific wavelengths of light from affecting the resin in the tank.

The machine is very easy to assemble; just connect the power cord and link it to your computer via a USB cable.
The machine itself does not have any operating interface, only a power button.
You need to download X-FAB's dedicated slicing software and machine control software, and enter your authorization serial number to use it.
All operations must be performed through the dedicated software on the computer, including opening the machine cover.
Through the computer, the machine will connect to the internet and record your usage in your account, allowing you to check your machine and resin usage at any time.

The software interface is very user-friendly. Even I, who am not proficient in English, can guess the functions by looking at the pictures and easily find what I need.
You can simply choose the direction and then click a button to create supports and a base, and select the correct machine and material ~
Now, it's time to start printing.
Everyone knows that SLA photopolymerization machines are often used to print models with extremely high precision, such as necklace pendants, rings, or small ornaments.
Of course, we also have to try it with XFAB.
First, print some very tiny but highly precise 3D models.
Little grey dragon in resin
The little dragon, only the size of a thumb, was printed with a layer thickness of 0.05mm. Both fine details and delicate parts are well-reproduced, and traces of layering are almost invisible to the naked eye.

Next up is the shell of an electric drill!

After removing the supports, the remaining points are very easy to polish, resulting in an extremely smooth surface.

Compared to ordinary 3D printers, XFAB is indeed impressive, with a very smooth and even surface.
Next, printing the spectacle frame

Finally, SLA technology is also commonly applied in dental models.

Easy-to-use software, stable printing conditions, and exquisite finished products—it certainly feels like more than just a desktop machine!
