DWS XFAB Review PART2 is here!🙌🙌🙌
It's okay if you haven't seen PART1, because PART2 is more exciting XD
(Actually, PART1 is also very exciting 👉【3D Printer】The First Desktop High-End 3D Printer - XFAB Unboxing )
First up are the glasses! They can be imagined as vintage-style glasses, or even ski goggles~ 👓
Many eyewear companies integrate 3D printing technology to design customized and unique frames. In addition to being tailor-made, this also makes the price of glasses more affordable (saving the expensive costs of repeated mold making and prototyping), and allows their imaginative designs and ideas to be quickly realized!
(Material: DWS Photosensitive Resin Precisa 779)
(Layer thickness: 0.06mm)
The glasses fresh off the printer~~ the resin hadn't even dried yet, and we immediately took a picture of them

A bright finish, quite perfect
You can't tell it was 3D printed at all

Next up are the pipes
(Material: DWS Photosensitive Resin Precisa 779)
(Layer thickness: 0.06mm)

The internal design of the pipes can also be precisely rendered
You can test whether the interlocking joints can connect properly🙋

Next, our XBOX controller🎮
(Material: DWS Photosensitive Resin Invicta 915)
(Layer thickness: 0.06mm)

In fact, 3DMART has printed XBOX controllers using both the Ultimaker 3 and today's DWS XFAB.
We wanted to compare the different surface qualities and precision achieved by different types of 3D printers.
In the end, we found that the DWS XFAB truly lives up to its name as a high-end 3D printer.
While the Ultimaker 3 appears almost perfect to the naked eye,
if you run your hand over it,
you can still clearly feel the stacked layers of 3D printing.
However, with the DWS XFAB, whether observing with the naked eye or experiencing by touch,
it boasts a 3D print quality identical to that of off-the-shelf products.

Finally, there is a flexible material (DWS Photosensitive Resin Flexa 692)
Whether it's stretching or bending tests,
it can achieve excellent performance.

Today's review Part 2 concludes here~
