1. What are the model limitations for 3D printing? 
Due to the nozzle diameter of 0.4mm, objects smaller than 0.4mm cannot be formed. Wall thickness must be greater than 0.4mm.
Circular holes must be larger than 0.8mm, and the smallest object cannot be less than 1 cubic centimeter.
The maximum size cannot exceed 20 x 20 x 30 cubic centimeters (large files need to be split into parts by the user).
 
2. How to export a 3D file to STL format?

3. What is layer thickness? What layer thicknesses are currently available for printing?
Layer thickness is the height a model increases with each subsequent layer. A smaller layer thickness results in finer detail, while a larger layer thickness is recommended for models with many overhangs to achieve better surface quality.

The commonly provided printing layer thickness (Layers) is 0.2mm, which is the optimal choice for detail and speed. If you need further adjustments, please feel free to contact us.

4. What is the printing accuracy?
FDM printer accuracy is approximately 0.4~0.3mm (fine surface texture).
SLA printer accuracy is approximately 0.1mm (smooth surface).
MJF printer accuracy is approximately 0.1mm (matte texture).

5. 3D printing service time and cost?
The cost varies depending on the size and material of the object; for average-sized objects, it usually takes 3-5 working days to upload your 3D file (STL format) to the Quotation System. If you have a physical model, simply fill out the 3D Scanning Online Form and provide multiple photos and actual dimensions of the object. We will promptly assist you with a quote and lead time for scanning services based on the object's size and complexity, ensuring your workflow is not delayed!

2. Can I print samples for testing before purchasing a machine?
For first-time machine purchase evaluation and sample printing, you can enjoy a preferential service rate. Please contact our sales team for details.

 
3. What is the delivery time for equipment?
Most machines are delivered within one week. However, delivery times may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as epidemics and flight schedules. Delivery times vary for different brands and models. Please call or email us before purchasing to inquire, and a 3DMart sales representative will contact you with professional advice.

4. After-sales service and comprehensive training?
All equipment comes with training. We also offer professional training services for Snapmaker 3-in-1 series 3D printers, Original Prusa i3 MK3S 3D printers, and Phrozen resin 3D printers, all conducted at the 3DMart office.

5. What is the warranty period for the machines?
