Hello everyone! The printer I'm introducing to you today is the HDR industrial-grade 3D printer from the American company Airwolf. It can use a wide variety of 3D printing filaments, even easily printing high-strength PC (polycarbonate). In addition, it features dual extruders and cloud slicing control via Wi-Fi. Its excellent performance and reliability make it a "wolf" in the 3D printing world

Look at this magically spacious print bed, perfect for all shapes and sizes!

Using Bowden drive remote feeding technology, the weight of the extruder is greatly reduced, speeding up movement and improving printing stability.

The dual extruder design allows you to use PVA or HIPS as support material. After printing, immerse it in water (with lemon essential oil) to dissolve the support. This eliminates worries about complex internal supports that are difficult to remove or leave unsightly marks. We'll go into more detail about this next time!

The nozzle temperature can reach 315°C. Unlike screw-on nozzles, which can be affected by tightness and height, these nozzles are tightened from both sides, making them easy to replace and ensuring dual nozzle leveling. Look at these battle-hardened nozzles – they almost look like a crime scene! (Just kidding)

Today, we're demonstrating the printing of

What is this, you ask? Please watch the video!
It doesn't seem so difficult to print your own carbon fiber bicycle that is both strong and lightweight!
First, upload the design file to the cloud slicing website, Astroprint.

Within seconds, slicing is complete. You can choose the machine and filament to use.

The system comes with many recommended parameters for various materials, so you don't have to stress over new filaments. You can also add and save new consumables. This time, we're using ColorFabb's XT CF-20 carbon fiber filament.

Select your machine and filament, then hit Print to start printing!

You can see the printing status, time, current layer number, and control the nozzle and heated bed temperatures.

Why can you see the printing status? Thanks to 'him'!

Thanks to Wi-Fi connectivity, we can monitor the printing status even when we're away from the office. Just open Astroprint on your phone.

Click on the Camera to see the current printing status. If anything goes wrong, you can immediately pause it! You can also check the progress, estimated time, and current layer number.

Adjust the nozzle and heated bed temperatures. It looks like it's almost done, time to head back to the office!

Ta-da! The carbon fiber bicycle frame connector is complete!

When you pick it up, you'll realize just how lightweight and sturdy carbon fiber really is!

Both stylish and functional.

That's all for today's introduction, dear viewers! See you next time!
