The internal structure of the combination lock mainly consists of a shackle (cane-shaped) and four small parts with numbers. The shackle has four protruding pegs. When the password is incorrect, the number wheels will jam the shackle, keeping it locked.

When the password is rotated to an incorrect number, the protruding pegs will obstruct the number wheels, preventing the shackle from being smoothly removed.

When the security lock is rotated to the correct password, the protruding pegs can perfectly pass through the internal grooves of the number wheels, allowing the shackle to be smoothly removed and unlocked!

The 3D file for the combination lock includes numbers 0-9. The password for the security lock demonstrated this time is 5719. After printing, you can choose your desired numbers as the password, combine all the parts, and fasten the screws to complete your unique combination lock!
