At this year's Intelligent Asia 2024 exhibition, 3DMart proudly presented our industry-leading 3D printing creations.
We meticulously showcased the striking "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam",
which is not only a display of our product capabilities but also a testament to our unwavering commitment to detail and quality.

A Masterpiece Created with Bambu Lab Products

  The "RX-0 Unicorn Gundam" model at this exhibition, measuring 110x40x100CM, demonstrates the outstanding capabilities of Bambu Lab products in both hardware and software processing. The entire production process of this display piece utilized "Bambu Studio" software developed by Bambu Lab.
  Its rich features and ease of use, along with countless optimized systems and slicing algorithms, helped us process as many as 1716 parts.

  For hardware, given the massive size, we simultaneously used three 3D printers from Bambu Lab—the X1E, X1CC, and P1SC—each playing an indispensable role in the printing process.

  The P1SC, with its out-of-the-box readiness and advanced vibration compensation technology, makes multi-color printing simpler and more precise. The P1S's 20000 mm/s² acceleration and new vibration compensation system ensure high efficiency and quality during printing. Even as the entry-level model among those used for this project, it was more than capable of handling this challenging task.
  The X1CC, as a versatile 3D printer suitable for everyone, boasts capabilities in multi-material and high-precision printing. Its shell is made of aluminum and glass, supporting various high-performance materials like PC, ABS, PLA, and carbon fiber. With an acceleration of 20000 mm/s², it achieves high-speed and efficient printing. The X1C's AI first layer detection and dual auto bed leveling technology ensure that every layer during printing is perfectly aligned, preventing any flaws caused by material issues.
  
  The X1E
, one of the highlights of our display, demonstrated its industrial-grade superior performance. This 3D printer has a maximum hotend temperature of 320°C, capable of processing more advanced high-performance materials such as PPA-CF/GF, PPS, and PPS-CF. The X1E's high-performance air filtration system effectively reduces excessive odors and particles, ensuring stability and environmental friendliness during long printing sessions. Additionally, it features 60-degree chamber heating, which significantly enhances performance when printing special materials and greatly reduces the risk of warping, while improving material adhesion and print quality. This is particularly important for parts with sharp, pointed designs, ensuring that every detail is precisely rendered.

Key Steps in the Part Printing Process
  

1. After opening the file, check the modeling and confirm whether modifications or adjustments to the modeling design are needed.
2. Begin placing parts and planning the platform layout, maximizing printing efficiency and arranging larger printing surfaces to face upwards whenever possible.
3. Create supports and select support materials.
4. Use Bambu Studio's single-plate slicing function to begin slicing!
5. Once the above steps are confirmed to be correct, you can start printing!
